Refund Policy

We always do our best to ensure that you are happy with your Akua Sonic Cleaner, and will support you with any questions, tips and instructions to make the most of yours'. Please reach us at hello@akuasonic.com if you need any help. 

1) General
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@akuasonic.com.

We will send you return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Currently we only have return addresses within the USA. Please note that returns are self post, and that we are not able to provide paid shipping labels.

2) Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3) Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items bought on sale or at a discount are final, and not eligible for return.

4) Delivery Delays & Orders Intended As Gifts:
We do not accept refunds for orders that do not arrive in time for an event or specific occasion. Please refer to our shipping policy.

5) Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (Which could take up to 7 days), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
