    Refund Policy

    Akuasonic ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.akuasonic.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

     

    1) General
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@akuasonic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Currently we only have return addresses within the USA. 

    Once the order is returned and received by us, we will inspect the order. This can take up to 7 days. After successful inspection, we will process the refund. Orders that are received damaged, used or missing parts will not be refunded.

    2) Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    3) Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items bought on sale or at a discount are final, and not eligible for return.

    We do not accept returns on a 'buy to try basis', or reasons such as "I don't like the item", but we will gladly work with you to make sure you can make the most use of your purchase.

    4) Delivery Delays & Orders Intended As Gifts:
    We do not accept refunds for orders that do not arrive in time. Please refer to our shipping policy.

    5) Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    6) Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
