The anti-tarnish tab is constructed with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper.

The VCI anti-tarnish tab releases thin, invisible and harmless molecules inside the sleeve. These molecules react with the oxygen, water and contaminants in the air instead of your jewelry. This prevents tarnish and protects your jewelry for years.

How long will the anti-tarnish tabs last?

Even with regular opening and closing they will last 1 year. With occasional opening and closing the tabs will last 2 years, and when using for long term storage 5+ years.

Are the anti-tarnish tabs safe for delicate jewelry?

Yes, they are non-abrasive, and do not scratch even in direct contact with delicate gems like opals, pearls, emeralds and amber. Likewise, the tabs are not abrasive on metals, including plated jewelry.

How much jewelry can I store in one sleeve?

Each sleeve has two compartments allowing plenty of storage for earrings, rings, necklaces, coins and other precious pieces. Comfortably store 3 rings, 3 pairs of earrings and more in a single sleeve.
