Refund policy
We always do our best to ensure that you are happy with your Akua Sonic Cleaner, and will support you with any questions, tips and instructions to make the most of yours'. Please reach us at hello@akuasonic.com if you need any help.
1) General
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@akuasonic.com.
We will send you return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Currently we only have return addresses within the USA. Please note that returns are self post, and that we are not able to provide paid shipping labels.
2) Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3) Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items bought on sale or at a discount are final, and not eligible for return. Digital gift card sales are final and not refundable.
4) Delivery Delays & Orders Intended As Gifts:
We do not accept refunds for orders that do not arrive in time for an event or specific occasion. Please refer to our shipping policy.
5) Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (Which could take up to 7 days), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period is extended over weekends and public holidays.
How to start a return or cancellation:
- Email us at hello@akuasonic.com with your name and order number. We will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
- If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address): please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.

After notifying us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost. We will refund the full purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
